Amazing

My friends and I had an amazing time during our stay. The Otium team was extremely communicative and friendly. This is in a prime location and is a 5 minute walk from Condado Beach. Perfect place to stay if you're going on a trip with friends! Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The location was excellent, and the apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious, just as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the games provided a fun extra touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home Negative: If the pool was open, that said the hotel has direct access to the beach.

I loved it ! Otium was very helpful and very fast communication and made sure guests were well cared for for. I would say just bring extra towels if u plan on staying a long time! But i would recommend and book again. Also the location is perfect so much to do nearby and everything is walkable we also felt very safe . Also theyre are stairs leading up so just be prepared to carry your luggage up .

La ubicación inmejorable. Si vienes a San Juan para algún concierto queda sumamente cerca del Coca Cola Music Hall y cerca de muchos lugares para comer. Es un lugar tranquilo, con sábanas y toallas súper limpias, cama muy cómoda, aire acondicionado que enfría a la perfección. Tiene un cafetera con Pods incluidos que es un resuelve para los que se levantan y como yo y TIENEN que tomar café rápido. El agua sale calientita con buena presión. La ubicación te lleva directamente al lugar, tiene estacionamiento justo al frente con seguridad durante el día. Así que si quieren un lugar para pasar la noche para un concierto o escapadita de fin de semana en San Juan sin lujos, pero con todo lo necesario, lo recomiendo al 💯

I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back! The beach was just steps away from the apartment, which was amazing. The area was super peaceful, and the apartment itself was gorgeous, cozy, and fabulous. I truly enjoyed my time here in PR, and my stay with Otium made the experience even better. I will be booking again and I definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

Un lugar muy tranquilo

The Condado Villas are in a great location, where I enjoyed snorkeling in the lagoon right behind the building. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The beds slept great and the AC worked well. Nice showers, beautiful view of the lagoon. The units all needed some maintenance (loose faucets, toilet handle) and one room only had a sheer curtain which meant the room was quite bright by 7 AM since it is in the direction of the sunrise. We had to buy a king size dark sheet to help darken it some.

Nos encantó la estadía. Todo estuvo súper bien y el lugar es muy cómodo. La ubicación está excelente, cerca de todo y puedes caminar prácticamente a todos lados. La pasamos genial y definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar aquí.
