Host provided clear instructions and check-in/out instructions were simple to follow. Unit was as described and clean. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. No issues with host or unit and enjoyed our stay overall.

Positive: Please consider this review for Vila Marina by Otium. We didn’t stay at this property (Dos Marinas) as it was cancelled just days before. However, Otium offered us Vila Marina for the same price and with early check in as gesture of appreciation for us to accept the last minute swap. Negative: Vila Marina – Had great conditions with AC working very well apart from the one in the double bedroom that was too noisy.

This location saved us! Needed a last minute location to crash after a long travel day and last minute inconveniences. The location was very clean equipped with everything you would need. AC worked perfectly. Walkable distance to local restaurants.

Positive: Quiet place by the marina. Comfortable clean with good AC. Hot shower. Nice view. Very quiet except some birds who wake up early. Amazing communication from host. Answered right away at midnight Negative: Check in was confusing . They did not tell me in the check in text there was a gate and code. The unit did not have a number on it and it was the only unlabeled building. They have 24 hour staff to contact so easy to get help but just silly they don’t have this stuff
