Cafe Mimosa
I ordered the spinach and lox salad. They prepared it exactly as I like it. Just a big pile of spinach with a cut up hardboiled egg (the way they cut it is important for me to remove the egg yolks) and a massive amount of salmon. For just a “salad”, this was an impressive amount of food that made my belly nice and full of protein and energy and good nutrition to start my day in Old San Juan.
