Because this isn't a course. Otium doesn't teach you how to run your property, it runs it for you: revenue management, distribution and concierge are executed by Otium's team, not you.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. No long contracts. The exact exit terms are reviewed during the revenue projection, before signing anything.

Will there be hidden costs?

No. There are no setup fees or additional charges without notice. The financial terms are reviewed with you during the revenue projection, before signing anything.

I don't have time for this either

The revenue projection takes one session. After that, the operational work is done by Otium's team, not you.

How does Otium determine rental rates?
