Positive: The room size and quality was very good. Location was definitely great walking distance to beach and to restraunts and stores. Negative: The coffee maker didn’t work.

Absolutely love this place, it’s my second time staying here! Super clean and host and surrounding people are extremely nice. It is indeed a bit complicated getting in as there are 3 gates and only one works. Super convenient location will be staying here again!
